The GooseNeck Vice
With New Jaw Shape

The JVice GooseNeck
vice with new Jaw shown above.
The
Jaw height can be easily adjusted to accommodate the full range of hook sizes.
The unique GooseNeck allows the hand to get in right behind the hook. With the
hand in there holding tail material in position the head can be twisted either
way to facilitate precise location of material when tying in.
New
Camera Attachment

This accessory holds a compact digital camera and is great for
step by step photography. It can be used behind the vice taking pictures toward
the tyer or can be swung in to the tying position as shown in the picture above
and then swung out when the picture is taken. Great for doing videos as well.
The Jvice Pro Jaw

The JVice Pro Jaw shown above
has been put into production after extensive field tests.
This jaw has less clamping
power than the standard jaw but achieves superb hook holding power from the 5
hook pockets machined into the back jaw face. The slimmer design allows better
hook access to tiny hooks. The Pro Jaw can be purchased stand alone for retro
fitting to a Jvice or supplied instead of the standard jaw for an additional

Midge Jaws for Midge
Maniacs

For tyer's
who are seriously into small fly's the midge jaws are the answer. The new cam
action midge jaw shown above retrofits onto the standard vice with a gooseneck
arrangement.
This gives room for the hand behind the hook when tying in delicate tails.
New
Small hook and bead dishes

These non corrosive dishes are turned from
bar stock Acetyl and are available in black or white.
They are designed to fit the 35mm holes in
the base and are held in place with an "O" ring.
On request they can be supplied with a
separate wooden stand custom made to take the required no of dishes.
Deer Hair Packer
The Deer
hair packer is spring loaded and is a useful accessory to pack the deer
hair after spinning and then hold it in place while the thread is pulled forward
and the vice cranked a few revolutions putting thread wraps tightly in front of
the deer hair. Also useful to hold deer hair back while applying the hackle on
the front of DDD's Once packing is complete. Compress the spring and swing out
of the way. R170.00

The Nebbe Articulating Bobbin Rest
The idea
for the
articulating bobbin rest pictured below came to me from Duncan Nebbe
(ardent tyer, friend and jvice customer) who made up his own from 3mm braising
rod and an electrical fittings. This bobbin
rest can be used in line just like the standard one but then can be easily and
quickly swivelled to the side when access to the front of the fly is required.

Now Available Tube Fly Attachment

The tube
fly attachment screws onto the front of the GooseNeck vice. It has a collet
clamping mechanism to lock the pin and the tube is then locked in place by
turning the front cone. Available with 1.7mm pin for Salt Water and 1mm for
freshwater fly's.
A Customised Vice in Brass and Stainless

The Vice pictured above has the
all new progressive cam. With this cam the first 1/3rd movement is
coarse the second 1/3rd rotation has medium action and the last 1/3rd
rotation is very fine with a positive click in the final clamping position
designed not to clash with the GooseNeck.
